Angélica Gómez associate attorney of Noriega y Escobedo since 1999. Her practice has focused mainly on the area of intellectual property, participating in the drafting of licensing and assignment of rights agreements, settlement of lawsuits, administrative filing and processing before the Mexican Industrial Property Institute (Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial) and the filing of actions before the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice (Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa).
She has also participated in coordination with different governmental agencies in applying for and obtaining certificates of legal title over the name and content of periodical publications, as well as in applying for the registration and protection of the rights over fictional characters.
