María Fernanda Pulliam de Teresa
María Fernanda Pulliam de Teresa is currently an associate attorney at Noriega y Escobedo. She is at present working in the areas of corporate law and infrastructure, and during her professional career she has collaborated in projects in which both public and private sectors participate.
Her legal practice includes the negotiation and elaboration of agreements and other corporate documents, the supervision and compliance of requirements of both national and international companies before governmental authorities, as well as the analysis and implementation of investment vehicles and the coordination of corporate audits.
In the infrastructure area, she is focused on the preparation of legal feasibility studies in the different schemes for contracting public works, as well as in the analysis, design, elaboration and structuring of legal documentation necessary in diverse infrastructure projects.
