Salvador Aguilar Venegas is a Senior Associate with Noriega y Escobedo since 2016.
His practice includes promoting and attending trials relative to civil, leasing and commercial controversies. Filing and following up administrative, civil and mercantile procedures before local and federal courts and until their final instances. Recovery of past due accounts and credit restructure with financial institutions and/or recovering companies for uncollectible accounts. Legal audits for control, supervision and surveillance in order to prevent possible criminal or scams, compliance process; participating in due diligence processes for the acquisition of new credit accounts; negotiation and drafting civil and commercial contracts, corporate documents and terms of agreement derived from public governmental contracts. As well as advising on companies’ constitution and incorporation, legal handling of legal entities, from their creation or during its life, audits and/or rulings related to its legal regime, statutory and related elements, such as mergers and demergers; Antitrust and economic competition, including concentrations.
His professional background includes being partner of the firms Mena, Aguilar y Asociados, and Chalela, Abogados y Consultores, S.C., he was also Team Leader in Alianza Mexicana de Capitales, S. de R.L. de C.V. “Joint Venture GE Capital and GoldmanSachs”.
He is member of the Mexican Lawyers’s Bar Association and has participated in several congresses and seminars, including the ones organized by the American Bar Association in Antitrust Law, and others in connection with Arbitration and Mediation with the International Chamber of Commerce.
