Moisés Senado provides Noriega y Escobedo counsel in tax and taxation matters since 2005. With more than thirty years experience, he has specialized in the areas of accounting, corporate and tax matters, among which tax compliance, operations planning, group restructuring, mergers, spin-offs, acquisition negotiations, company incorporation and the development and the implementation of accounting and management controls are prominent.
He is also an expert for the Mexican Center for Arbitration and has acted in this capacity before various authorities. He has held positions as corporate comptroller, treasurer and tax manager for various domestic and international companies.
