Rodolfo S. Sánchez
Rodolfo S. Sánchez Associate attorney at Noriega y Escobedo since 2008, working in the areas of administrative and tax litigation, and amparo actions for constitutional relief. His experience spans more than ten years and he has counseled and represented domestic and international companies in diverse actions brought before the Mexican Supreme Court, and at the trial and appellate levels before the federal and local courts in actions relating to tax matters. He has also acted as counsel in actions challenging tax liabilities, the cancellation of contracts entered with the public administration and actions challenging the acts of public servants, among many others.
He has also provided legal counsel in tax matters in proceedings involving tax audits, tax refunds, criteria confirmation and matters regarding international agreements for the avoidance of double taxation relating to both domestic and international transactions. His practice also includes mergers, spin-offs and corporate restructurings.
